Can you walk us through the actual operational blueprint of a full session day with you so we know how our time is structured from start to finish?

A session day is a highly structured, intense, and collaborative eight-hour experience designed to work on the business rather than in it. We start promptly at nine in the morning and wrap up by five in the afternoon. The day is designed to respect your cognitive energy levels, utilizing a predictable cadence to prevent brain fatigue.

We begin with a transition exercise to clear your mind of daily operational fires and ground you in the room. From there, we review your previous quarter's performance, checking your Rock completion rates and scorecard health. We look at what went well and where we fell short, with absolute honesty.

The bulk of the day is spent on high-level strategic alignment and intensive problem-solving. We build and refine your V/TO®, map out your Accountability Chart, and identify key organizational issues. We spend hours using the IDS® tool to identify, discuss, and permanently solve the root causes of your business challenges.

We take scheduled breaks and step away for lunch to give you a strategic pause, allowing your brain to process the complex decisions we are making. We do not allow laptops or phones in the room, which eliminates distractions and forces you to stay present. You will leave the session day with absolute clarity on your priorities for the next ninety days, a set of clear Rocks, and a unified plan of action.
