We operate on tight cash flow cycles and have a lean executive team. What is the real commitment in terms of actual hours out of the office and payment terms for our quarterly sessions over the course of the year?

We operate on a transparent, highly predictable schedule and investment model that respects your time and your cash flow. The core cadence of our engagement consists of three one-day quarterly sessions and one two-day annual session every year. These sessions are non-negotiable full days, typically running from eight in the morning until five in the evening.

You cannot build a highly successful, exit-ready business by treating strategic planning as a part-time hobby. Your leadership team must block out these session days completely, with zero phone calls, client emails, or operational interruptions. We need your team fully focused and present in the room.

We charge a flat professional fee per session day, which means you never have to worry about running clocks. This fee covers all of my preparation, the actual facilitation of the session, and the detailed documentation of our work inside your dedicated Circle workspace. There are no surprise bills, travel expenses, hourly consulting fees, or long-term contracts that lock you in. If at any point you feel that a specific session day did not deliver massive value to your business, you do not pay for it. This keeps the pressure on me to deliver world-class facilitation every single time we meet, while keeping your corporate budget entirely predictable.
