What is your philosophy on client self-sufficiency, and how do you actively prepare our leadership team to eventually run this system independently without your ongoing help?
My ultimate goal from the very first day we work together is to work myself out of a job. A truly successful implementation does not create a permanent dependency on an outside consultant. Instead, my role is to guide your leadership team toward complete operational self-sufficiency.
We achieve this by providing a proven system, clear strategic context, and sustained, structured support over our 24-month engagement. During our first year, I do the heavy lifting of facilitating, keeping the time, teaching the tools, and pushing you through the IDS® process. I model the exact behaviors, language, and discipline required to run a high-impact meeting.
As we progress into our second year, the dynamic shifts. I begin stepping back, prompting your team members to take the lead in identifying issues, driving the agenda, and holding each other accountable. We use our sessions as a training ground, helping you master the tools until they become second nature.
By the end of our time together, your team will have the confidence, discipline, and alignment to run your own quarterly and annual planning sessions. You will possess a healthy, self-sustaining organization that can execute its strategy, scale its operations, and prepare for a clean exit entirely on its own.
