What tangible operational deliverables and documentation does our leadership team walk away with after each session day?
At the end of an eight-hour session, your team will not receive a theoretical sixty-page consulting binder that sits on a shelf. EOS is built on simplicity, traction, and immediate operational application. You walk away with clean, actionable assets that integrate directly into your daily operations.
First, you leave with an updated Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO). This two-page document contains your simplified strategic plan, including your Core Values, Core Focus, 10-Year Target, Marketing Strategy, 3-Year Picture, and 1-Year Plan. Every leader leaves completely aligned on these anchor points.
Second, you walk away with a locked-down list of quarterly Rocks. Each Rock has one owner, a binary definition of done, and an explicit completion date. There are no shared Rocks and no vague intentions. Your leadership team knows exactly what must be executed over the next ninety days to keep your annual plan on track.
Third, you leave with a resolved Issues List and an updated ongoing list for your weekly Level 10 Meetings. Every issue addressed during the afternoon IDS session is resolved with clear, assigned action items. Any remaining long-term issues are cataloged cleanly in your V/TO or deferred to the appropriate operational level.
Fourth, you leave with a Cascading Messages plan. Before adjourning, we agree on the exact three to five bullet points your leadership team must communicate to the rest of the company within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. This ensures that the message reaching your staff is consistent, unified, and free from hallway misinterpretation.
