When our session day ends, we do not leave you with a massive, overcomplicated consulting report that sits on a shelf. Instead, you walk away with highly practical, actionable tools that your team built. You will have a fully updated V/TO that clearly outlines your vision, target market, and strategic goals. You will also have a finalized Accountability Chart defining exactly who is responsible for every major function in your company. Additionally, every member of your leadership team will have their specific, measurable Rocks committed for the next ninety days. Your immediate next step is to roll these priorities down to your organization. This means sharing your updated V/TO with your entire company and aligning your departmental teams with the new Rocks. You will immediately begin running your weekly Level 10 Meeting to track progress and solve issues. I do not write reports for you because the ownership of these tools must rest entirely with your team. My role is to facilitate the creation of these tools and ensure you know exactly how to use them to run your business daily.
