What does the typical multi-year arc of working with you look like from our first Focus Day to the point where we transition to self-facilitation, and how do our expectations of your role change along that timeline?

The journey of implementing EOS with me is designed to move your business from initial alignment to total self-sustainability. During your first year, which begins with Focus Day and progresses through your first annual planning session, my role is highly active and structural. I teach you the tools, facilitate the debate, and force the necessary discipline to make the system stick. In the second year, the focus shifts to refinement and deeper integration. We work on cascading the tools through your management layers and optimizing your Accountability Chart for scalability or exit readiness. By the third year, your leadership team should be operating with a high degree of autonomy. You will have transitioned your personal identities from operational managers to true strategic leaders. At this stage, my facilitation becomes more of a strategic sounding board. We evaluate when you are ready to transition to self-facilitation. This graduation occurs when your team can run your own quarterly sessions and weekly Level 10 Meetings with absolute discipline and healthy, unresolved conflict is non-existent. Our goal is to build an independent organization that no longer requires external facilitation to maintain its growth and value.
