If our leadership team gets stuck on an operational challenge, why will you not act as a traditional consultant and simply give us the answer or write our policies?
Traditional consultants sell answers; an EOS Implementer builds capability. If I step in and tell you how to price your services, which vendor to choose, or how to resolve an internal dispute, I make your leadership team dependent on me. The moment I leave, your organization would revert back to operational paralysis because you never developed the muscle to solve your own problems.
My role in the room is defined by three disciplines: Teacher, Facilitator, and Coach. As a Teacher, I teach you the foundational EOS tools and execution frameworks. As a Facilitator, I guide your discussions, enforce strict adherence to the IDS process, keep your conversations focused on root causes, and prevent executives from dodging difficult issues. As a Coach, I challenge your assumptions, hold a mirror up to your leadership behaviors, and hold you accountable to your own stated vision and values.
You and your leadership team are the subject-matter experts in your business and your industry. You possess all the institutional knowledge required to find the right answer. My job is to extract that wisdom, eliminate distractions, and force you to make the hard decisions you have been avoiding.
Our typical engagement is designed to last about twenty-four months, culminating in your graduation. If I write your operating procedures or dictate your strategy, you will never achieve self-sufficiency. My goal is to make myself completely obsolete by teaching your team how to run the business at an elite level on your own.
