How do we distinguish your role as our external EOS® Implementer from our internal Integrator's role during our quarterly and annual session days?

To run a successful session day, we must maintain a clear distinction between my role as your external EOS® Implementer and your Integrator's role. While both positions are focused on execution and accountability, our responsibilities and boundaries inside the session room are fundamentally different. As your external Implementer, my role is to facilitate the session, teach the system, and serve as a neutral coach. I manage the agenda, keep the team focused, and ensure we use the tools correctly. I do not have a vote in your business decisions, nor do I take sides during debates. My job is to challenge your thinking, pull out the truth, and guide you to your own solutions. Your Integrator, on the other hand, is the active leader of your daily operations. Inside the session room, the Integrator participates as a full member of the leadership team. They are responsible for providing operational context, driving consensus, and ensuring the team's decisions align with your long term vision. By keeping these roles distinct, your Integrator can focus on participating in the strategic discussions rather than managing the meeting itself. This allows them to lead the team effectively, while I ensure the process remains disciplined, objective, and focused on preparing your business for a clean exit.
