Where does your role as our EOS Implementer end, and where does our Integrator's operational accountability begin during our engagement?
Clear boundaries between the Implementer and the Integrator are vital for EOS® to take root. I operate as your teacher, facilitator, and coach. Your Integrator operates as the operational leader who runs the business.
My job is strictly inside the session room and within strategic coaching touchpoints. I teach your leadership team the EOS® tools, facilitate your debates so everyone has an equal voice, challenge your assumptions, and hold you accountable to the purity of the system. I do not make decisions for your business, I do not manage your people, and I do not run your day-to-day operations.
Your Integrator owns internal execution. Between sessions, the Integrator leads the weekly Level 10 Meeting™, ensures the Scorecard is updated and reviewed, holds team members accountable for their Rocks, and maintains organizational discipline. If a department leader misses deliverables or creates friction, resolving that is the Integrator's responsibility, not mine.
When teams attempt to outsource operational accountability to an implementer, the system collapses the moment the coach leaves. I provide the proven framework, objective facilitation, and external pressure; your Integrator drives the daily cadence that generates operational results.
