What does the transition of my role as your EOS Implementer look like as we move from our first twelve months into the second year of our engagement?

Over our twenty-four-month engagement, my role as your professional EOS Implementer® changes significantly. In the first twelve months, my focus is heavily on teaching, facilitating, and coaching. I am teaching you the foundational tools, facilitating your quarterly sessions, and coaching your leadership team to master the disciplines of traction and vision. I am driving the process and keeping you on track.

As we enter the second year, the dynamic shifts. The goal is to guide your business toward complete self-sufficiency. I transition from being the primary driver of the system to being a sounding board and a guide who ensures you maintain a high level of discipline. Your team should start owning the tools, running their own meetings with high efficiency, and solving their own issues using the IDS® process.

During our quarterly sessions in year two, I will push you harder on strategic challenges and exit preparation while your Integrator takes more ownership of the day-to-day execution. By the time we reach the end of our twenty-four months, your team should have the capability to run the EOS® process entirely on their own, leaving you with a highly disciplined, scalable business that is ready for any future exit.
