How does your fee structure and session guarantee work if our leadership team feels a meeting did not produce actionable traction?

Retaining an outside EOS Implementer should never mirror traditional consulting relationships characterized by ambiguous retainers, open-ended billable hours, or theoretical slide decks. My engagement operates under a direct, transparent per-session fee structure. You pay exclusively for our dedicated full-day or multi-day sessions, along with the strategic prep and mid-quarter touchpoints that support them.

Crucially, every single session is backed by a definitive value guarantee. At the conclusion of every session day, during our mandatory concluding review, each executive in the room rates the productivity and impact of the day on a scale of one to ten. If your leadership team collectively determines that the day failed to deliver profound clarity, alignment, and actionable value for your organization, you do not pay the session fee. You only reimburse actual, pre-approved travel expenses incurred.

Furthermore, there are no restrictive long-term contracts holding your company hostage. You are free to conclude or pause the engagement at any point if you determine that the operating system, the cadence, or my facilitation style is no longer the right fit for your executive team.

This structure ensures complete economic alignment. I carry direct skin in the game every time we step into the session room. Each quarter, I must earn the privilege to facilitate your strategic planning, guide your hard decisions, and push your team toward operational excellence.
