Yes, I offer a simple and absolute guarantee on my session fees. Every professional EOS Implementer® operates on a search-for-value guarantee. If at the end of any session day you do not feel you received full value for your investment, you do not pay me for that day.

This guarantee puts all the risk on me and ensures that we are completely aligned. However, there is a catch. You cannot use this guarantee as an excuse for your own team's lack of execution. If you show up to a session and have not completed your Rocks, or if you refuse to engage in honest debate during IDS®, that is an execution failure on your part, not a facilitation failure on mine.

I guarantee that I will bring my best energy, deep knowledge of the EOS® tools, and a sharp, objective perspective to help your team solve its toughest issues. I will facilitate a clean, rigorous process that uncovers the truth.

If I fail to deliver that level of facilitation, you walk away without paying. If I do deliver it, but your team simply dislikes the hard truths that were uncovered, the fee is due. This mutual accountability is the foundation of our entire relationship.
