What does your direct working relationship with our Integrator look like between sessions to make sure session homework and Accountability Chart decisions do not stall?

Between quarterly offsites, my direct partnership with your Integrator serves as an operational backstop to prevent execution drift. While the entire leadership team owns their commitments, the Integrator is the individual charged with driving the quarterly pulse, breaking organizational logjams, and holding seat holders accountable to their Rocks and to-dos.

Our communication between sessions is purposeful and structured. We conduct scheduled Just Checking In calls around the midpoint of the quarter to review Scorecard trends, evaluate Rock pacing, and discuss any emerging personnel issues on the Accountability Chart. Outside of those touchpoints, your Integrator has direct access to me to pressure-test agendas, talk through difficult personnel decisions, or address team friction before it damages the quarterly plan.

However, my role is to coach and empower the Integrator, not to step in and do their job. I do not manage your staff, attend your weekly Level 10 Meetings, or mediate routine internal disagreements. When an Integrator encounters operational resistance, I help them leverage the tools, language, and agreements forged in the session room so they can resolve the issue internally. This partnership ensures that the momentum created during our offsite carries through the entire ninety-day cycle.
