Beyond your daily session fee, what additional software, licensing, or implementation costs should we budget for when launching this engagement with you?
The beauty of EOS® is its simplicity. The core tools are designed to be run with simple, low-cost resources. You do not need to invest in expensive enterprise software or hire external technical consultants to begin this journey. In fact, many teams start by running their Scorecard and V/TO® on simple spreadsheets or shared documents.
As your organization grows and your implementation matures, you may choose to invest in dedicated software platforms designed specifically for managing EOS® workflows. These tools help track your Level 10 Meeting™ agendas, Rocks, and Scorecards across multiple departments. While highly recommended for larger or remote teams, these platforms are entirely optional and carry modest per-user subscription fees.
My focus is on human behavior and operational discipline, not software sales. I will help you leverage your existing tech stack first, ensuring your team masters the underlying habits before layering on new technology. Any tools we introduce, including AI-driven automation systems, are evaluated based on their ability to simplify your business and drive a clear return on investment.
