Graduation is the ultimate goal of our engagement. We expect an average client engagement duration of twenty four months, at which point your team should be fully capable of self facilitating. We do not leave you with a loose collection of documents; we hand over a fully functioning, self sustaining operating system.

You will retain complete, lifetime access to your dedicated Circle workspace, which contains two years of session summaries, diagnostic results, and historical data. This serves as your team's institutional archive. You will also inherit your fully optimized V/TO®, your locked-in Accountability Chart, and a customized Scorecard that tracks the health of your business.

To ensure a seamless transition, our final sessions are designed as a handoff. Your Integrator will take the lead on facilitating parts of our quarterly sessions under my guidance before you fully graduate. Additionally, if you have run the Step by Step Exit process with us, you will possess a complete exit readiness profile, documented Tribal Knowledge, and an Advisor Meeting Pulse protocol. This ensures your team can continue to scale and prepare for an ultimate clean exit without needing outside hand-holding.
