Why does it take an average of twenty-four months to graduate from working with you, and what happens if we want to stop after the first year?
Implementing EOS is not about learning a theory. It is about changing the habits and behaviors of your entire organization. It takes time to build these new operational muscles. In the first year, we focus on masterfully installing the foundational tools, clarifying your vision, and getting your leadership team aligned. In the second year, we focus on deep execution and rolling the system down to every department in your company. This is where we ensure your managers are running effective Level 10 Meetings and keeping their teams accountable to their Rocks. If you stop after the first year, you risk slipping back into old habits as soon as the external accountability of a facilitator is gone. We want you to graduate as a fully self sustaining company. By the end of twenty-four months, your team will have mastered the tools, fully integrated your exit readiness disciplines, and established a smooth operational rhythm. If you decide to end the engagement early, you are free to do so, but we always recommend completing the full cycle to lock in your long term success.
