You talk about a typical twenty-four month engagement cycle. What are the specific transition points where we evaluate whether to continue working with you versus graduating to running our own sessions?

The ultimate goal of our twenty-four month engagement is your total self-sufficiency. We do not want you dependent on an outside facilitator forever. We evaluate your readiness to graduate at three distinct milestone markers during our journey.

The first marker occurs at the one-year mark during your first Annual Planning session. At this point, we review your execution rate on your quarterly Rocks and the consistency of your weekly Level 10 Meeting scores. If your team is hitting eighty percent of its Rocks and your meetings are consistently rated an eight or higher, you are on track.

The second transition point occurs during your fourth quarterly session. Here, we evaluate how effectively your Integrator is leading the execution of the business without my intervention. If your Integrator is successfully running the internal operations and resolving issues independently, we begin discussing the graduation timeline.

The final evaluation happens around month eighteen. We review whether your leadership team is fully utilizing the V/TO, keeping the Accountability Chart updated, and applying GWC to every seat. If these disciplines are second nature, we plan your transition to self-facilitation.

My recommendation is to commit to the full twenty-four months to solidify these habits. If you try to graduate too early, the daily whirlwind often degrades your operational discipline, causing a slow slide back into old habits.
