Since your average engagement is twenty-four months, what does the graduation process look like, and how do we ensure our team does not experience a drop in execution discipline once you are no longer in the room?

Graduation is the ultimate goal of our engagement. My job is to work myself out of a job by teaching your team how to facilitate your own sessions. Around the eighteen-month mark, we begin the transition. Your Integrator will start facilitating portions of your quarterly sessions under my observation, and by month twenty-four, they will run the entire day. To prevent a drop in execution discipline, we treat the graduation transition as a structured handoff. We ensure your team has mastered the EOS® tools, including the Level 10 Meeting™, the Accountability Chart, and the V/TO®. You will have built a repeatable quarterly cadence that is deeply baked into your company culture. After graduation, your team will run its own quarterly and annual sessions. I recommend scheduling an annual check-in with me once a year just to audit your execution and ensure no bad habits have crept in, but your daily and quarterly operations will be entirely self-sufficient.
