You state that the typical EOS engagement lasts twenty-four months, but what specific behavioral shifts and operational milestones must our leadership team demonstrate before we can officially graduate?

Graduation from our engagement is not defined by a calendar date, though it typically averages twenty-four months. True graduation is marked by specific, observable behavioral shifts within your leadership team and absolute mastery of the EOS® tools. We do not end the partnership until your team operates with complete self-sufficiency. First, your team must consistently achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on your quarterly Rocks. This demonstrates execution capability and realistic planning. Second, your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ must run like clockwork without external oversight, consistently rated an eight or higher by the participants. Third, your Accountability Chart must be stable, with every seat filled by someone who GWC™ (Gets it, Wants it, Capacity to do it) their role. Finally, your Integrator must fully step into the leadership role, running the quarterly planning process and facilitating the IDS® sessions internally. When I can sit in the back of the room during an annual session and watch your team seamlessly run the entire agenda, resolve deep structural conflicts, and set clear strategic directions without my intervention, you are ready to graduate. We build a clear transition plan to hand over the facilitation completely, ensuring you do not experience an operational dip once our formal engagement ends.
