What specific execution milestones must our leadership team achieve to officially graduate from our engagement, and how do we know we are ready to go solo?
Graduation from our engagement typically occurs around the twenty-four-month mark, but it is defined by execution mastery, not a calendar date. We measure your readiness to graduate using concrete, objective milestones that demonstrate your team can run the operating model independently.
First, your leadership team must consistently achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on your quarterly Rocks for three consecutive quarters. This proves that your execution discipline is locked in and predictable.
Second, your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ pulse must be running autonomously across your entire organization, not just at the executive level. Your department heads and team leaders must be solving their own issues without requiring intervention from the executive suite.
Third, your Integrator must demonstrate total mastery of facilitating the quarterly and annual session agendas. During your final sessions, I step back into an observer role while your Integrator takes the lead on facilitation, process management, and conflict resolution.
Fourth, your V/TO® must be fully agreed upon and shared with every employee, and your Accountability Chart must be stable with the right people in the right seats.
Once these milestones are achieved, you have built a self-sustaining system. We document your graduation plan in your Circle.so workspace, and you transition to running your own sessions, knowing you can call us for annual tune-ups if your business undergoes a major structural shift.
