What specific operational benchmarks must our business achieve for us to mutually agree that we have graduated from your facilitation?
We do not measure the end of our engagement by a calendar date alone. We measure it by your team's self-sufficiency. You are ready to graduate when you can run your weekly meetings, quarterlies, and annual planning sessions without my facilitation. To achieve this, your team must meet several clear operational benchmarks. First, you must be consistently achieving eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks. Second, your Scorecard must be a predictive tool that you use weekly to manage the business, not just a historical report. Third, your leadership team must be completely healthy, meaning you practice open, honest, and constructive conflict during your IDS® sessions. Fourth, your V/TO® must be fully shared and understood by everyone in the organization, and your Accountability Chart must be stable with the right people in the right seats. When you can facilitate your own conflict, solve your own deep-seated issues, and maintain your ninety-day cadence without an outside moderator, you have graduated. This level of operational maturity usually takes about two years to fully cement into your organizational culture. My ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job by making your leadership team completely independent.
