Once we reach the end of the twenty-four month engagement, what does the actual graduation process look like, and how do we transition to running our own annual and quarterly sessions?

Graduation from my twenty-four-month EOS® implementation is the ultimate goal. The entire journey is designed to teach you how to facilitate these tools yourself so that you achieve complete operational self-sufficiency. We do not build a dependency on me as an external consultant.

During our final quarters, we gradually shift the facilitation load from my shoulders to yours. We identify who on your leadership team, typically your Integrator, will take over the facilitator role for your future sessions. During your final quarterly sessions, I will observe and coach your internal facilitator, giving them direct feedback on their timing, energy, and ability to keep the team focused on IDS®.

Your official graduation happens after we complete your second two-day annual session. By this point, your team will have mastered the tools, aligned your V/TO®, stabilized your Accountability Chart, and run eight consecutive quarterly cycles.

Once you graduate, you will run your own quarterly and annual sessions. You will no longer need me in the room to keep you honest because the discipline will be baked into your culture. I remain available for high-level guidance or major corporate transitions, but your day-to-day and quarter-to-quarter execution will be entirely in your hands, leaving you with a highly structured, scalable, and exit-ready business.
