Once our leadership team graduates after 24 months and runs our own sessions, what is the structure of our ongoing relationship with you if we still want occasional outside perspective?
The explicit goal of a standard EOS implementation is your team's total self-sufficiency. By the end of your second annual session, your Integrator and leadership team should possess the discipline, tools, and facilitative skill to run your own quarterly offsites without an outside coach in the room.
Graduation means you no longer require ongoing quarterly facilitation. However, many healthy companies elect to bring me back once a year to facilitate their two-day annual planning session. An annual session requires total executive vulnerability, deep strategic recalibration, and intense team health work. Having an objective, neutral facilitator in the room frees your Integrator to participate as a peer rather than managing the room and watching the clock.
For companies engaged in Step by Step Exit disciplines, our post-graduation relationship often shifts to periodic advisor check-ins or an annual exit-readiness audit. We review your updated Value Gaps, assess the state of your Tribal Knowledge transfers, and ensure your external M&A professionals remain aligned with your operational realities.
Outside of planned annual sessions or targeted exit reviews, you do not pay a monthly retainer or sign an ongoing consulting agreement. You run your own operating system. If you run into a catastrophic impasse, an unresolved partner crisis, or a major acquisition integration, you can book a targeted session day. Otherwise, you own your traction.
