Why is your long-term goal to make our leadership team completely self-sufficient instead of keeping us as permanent, ongoing coaching clients, and how does that impact our final quarters together?

The entire philosophy of our engagement is built on guiding your leadership team toward ultimate self-sufficiency. I do not want to be a permanent fixture in your business, and you should not want to pay an outside facilitator forever. A healthy company must possess the internal discipline to run its own operating system.

As we progress through our quarters together, you will notice a deliberate shift. In the first year, I am heavily teaching the tools and facilitating the conversations. By the second year, your team should be mastering the tools, and my role transitions from teaching to coaching and validating. We are aiming for graduation, which typically occurs around the twenty-four-month mark.

In our final quarters, we will begin preparing your team to run your own sessions. We will discuss who will facilitate, how you will maintain the same level of objectivity, and how you will continue using the tools. When you graduate, you will have a fully functional, self-sustaining leadership team that can confidently execute your strategy, run your own quarterlies, and prepare the company for a clean exit without needing me in the room.
