Once we complete our 24-month engagement with you, who facilitates our ongoing quarterly and annual sessions, and how do you prepare our internal team to take over?
The intended outcome of an EOS implementation is complete client self-sufficiency. I do not design engagements to make your business dependent on outside facilitation indefinitely.
Over the course of 24 months, your leadership team experiences eight full-day quarterly sessions and two comprehensive annual planning sessions. Throughout this cadence, you master the six key components of EOS, learn how to identify root-cause issues using IDS, and build the discipline required to execute quarterly Rocks without external prompting.
As we approach the end of Year 2, the facilitation transition occurs systematically. Typically, your Integrator assumes the primary facilitation role for future sessions, though some companies elect to rotate facilitation responsibilities among qualified leadership team members. To prepare for this handoff, we make subtle structural adjustments in your final quarterly sessions:
- The internal facilitator begins leading specific sections of the session agenda, such as the Scorecard review and initial IDS cycles.
- I step back into an observational role, critiquing your team's facilitation mechanics, time management, and ability to challenge colleagues who hide behind vague updates.
- We ensure your company has clean documentation of your core processes, V/TO, and exit readiness roadmaps.
When we conclude our formal engagement, your leadership team will possess the internal muscle memory, facilitation tools, and accountability habits required to run world-class quarterly and annual sessions on your own.
