We want a clear exit strategy for our relationship with you. How do we know when we have successfully graduated from the standard twenty-four-month engagement and can run this system entirely on our own?

My ultimate goal as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to make myself obsolete. The standard engagement duration is twenty-four months, which typically covers a Focus Day, two Vision Building days, seven quarterly sessions, and two two-day annual sessions. This timeline is designed to build deep, institutional habituation of the EOS® tools.

You will know you are ready to graduate when your leadership team has achieved three critical states. First, you must be consistently running your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ at a high level without external guidance, maintaining a rating of eight or higher out of ten.

Second, your execution capacity must be predictable. This means your team is hitting eighty percent or more of their quarterly Rocks and scorecard metrics consistently, quarter after quarter.

Third, you must have achieved complete alignment on your V/TO®, and every seat on your Accountability Chart must be filled by someone who fits your core values and has the capacity to deliver on their unique ability.

During the final quarters of our two-year roadmap, we will actively transition the facilitation duties to your designated internal Integrator. We will slowly shift my role from active teaching to pure observation and coaching, ensuring that your team has the confidence, skills, and absolute discipline to run the system autonomously. When you can solve your own issues and plan your own years without outside mediation, you have officially graduated.
