We want to make sure our first session day is highly productive and not a waste of time. What specific internal data, organizational prep work, and alignment do you require us to complete before we sit down for our Focus Day?

To make our Focus Day highly productive, you must complete a few specific operational prerequisites. I do not require you to have perfect financials or a completed strategic plan. In fact, trying to clean everything up beforehand often leads to over-engineering. We will build those frameworks together.

What I do require is absolute clarity on your current leadership structure. You must provide a basic list of who currently sits on your executive team and runs the key functions of the business. You also need to gather your baseline financial reports from the past twelve months, including your profit and loss statements and key balance sheet metrics, so we have a realistic starting point.

Every member of your leadership team must complete the Kolbe A Index at least two weeks before our session. This tool measures innate conative strengths, helping us understand how each leader naturally problem-solves and takes action. We will review these profiles during the session to optimize how you collaborate. Finally, every participant must commit to showing up with absolute vulnerability. If your team is unwilling to speak honestly about structural friction, personal bottlenecks, or operational failures, the system will not work. We need real data and real honesty to build a real foundation.
