I am planning our annual budget and need to understand the true time commitment required from my leadership team during our first year working with you.
When planning your company's calendar and budget, it is important to understand the exact time commitment required during our first year together. This is not an ad-hoc consulting arrangement; it is a structured, predictable cadence designed to build operational discipline. In your first year, your leadership team will spend exactly five full days in the room with me. We begin with a single Focus Day. Approximately thirty days later, we spend two consecutive Vision Building days to define your V/TO®. After that, we transition into our ongoing quarterly rhythm, which includes two separate one-day quarterly sessions and one two-day annual planning session. Outside of these facilitator-led days, your team must commit to ninety minutes every single week for your Level 10 Meetings™. While this sounds like a significant amount of meeting time, it actually replaces the chaotic, unstructured meetings that currently clutter your calendars. By consolidating your strategic and operational alignment into this disciplined schedule, you reclaim hours of lost productivity. This structured time commitment is the exact investment required to build an independent leadership team, allowing you to eventually transition to the Owner's Box.
