What can we expect from your facilitation style during our sessions, and how do you handle conflict or pushback from strong-willed executives?
My facilitation style is direct, unsentimental, and focused entirely on helping your business get what it wants. I am not there to be a passive observer or a corporate cheerleader. My job is to hold up a mirror to your leadership team, call out the elephant in the room, and push you past your operational blind spots. When strong-willed executives push back or attempt to dominate the discussion, I intervene directly. Resistance often manifests as endless debate, over-complication, or avoidance of tough topics. I do not allow these distractions to derail our agenda. I keep the team focused on the underlying issues and use the EOS tools to drive consensus. If conflict arises, I do not shy away from it; healthy conflict is necessary to build trust and find the best solutions. We will lean into that friction to uncover the root causes of your operational issues. I expect everyone in the room to participate with absolute honesty and vulnerability. There is no room for politics, hidden agendas, or passive-aggressive behavior during our session days. We treat the session room like an isolated environment where we can speak plainly, challenge each other, and make the hard decisions necessary for your business to grow. You can expect me to be tough on your issues but highly supportive of your people.
