What is your policy if we get halfway through our engagement and feel that your facilitation style or the EOS process is not a good fit for our company culture?
I do not believe in locking clients into long term, rigid contracts. If the relationship is not working, we should not be in the room together. Our engagement is built on mutual commitment, but it is structured with absolute flexibility.
We work on a session by session basis. You are never committed to a full year of facilitation. If at the end of any session day you do not feel you received exceptional value, you do not pay for that session. It is that simple. This guarantee forces me to bring my best to every single session, and it ensures that you are only paying for real, tangible progress.
Furthermore, if we discover during our initial sessions that your team is not willing to do the hard work, or if you are resistant to the core disciplines of the system, I will be the first to tell you. I do not run sessions just to collect a fee.
Our partnership requires high trust and mutual respect, which we establish through Our Charter. If either side feels that the alignment is not there, we can part ways immediately with no hard feelings. This keeps our relationship clean, honest, and focused entirely on results.
