We want to know what the realistic multi-year timeline looks like from our very first Focus Day until we can run these sessions on our own without your facilitation.
The typical timeline to achieve self-sustainability ranges from eighteen to twenty-four months. This is not a lifetime sentence, but a structured transition of ownership. In the first year, we focus on establishing the foundation. During this phase, you are learning the tools of the EOS® library. I act as your teacher, facilitator, and coach. We run a Focus Day, two Vision Building days, and three subsequent quarterly sessions. Your team is absorbing the disciplines of setting Rocks, running Level 10 Meetings™, and resolving issues through IDS®. In the second year, the dynamic shifts. You are no longer just learning the tools; you are mastering them. During these sessions, I step back from active teaching and focus on deep coaching. I challenge your assumptions, push you on your Accountability Chart, and help you refine your long-term strategy on the V/TO®. By the time we reach the end of the second year, your Integrator should be fully capable of facilitating your quarterly and annual sessions. We design a graduate handoff process where your team takes the wheel. The goal is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient so you do not rely on an external consultant to maintain your execution discipline.
