We want to budget properly for our leadership team planning. How long does a typical engagement with you run, and what is the milestone logic behind that specific timeframe?

The average client engagement runs for twenty-four months. This timeframe is not an arbitrary contract length; it is the time required for a leadership team to master the tools and build the organizational muscle memory necessary for self-sufficiency.

During the first twelve months, the focus is entirely on foundation and consistency. We are installing the primary tools, defining roles clearly through the Accountability Chart, and setting up the ninety-day execution cycle. This is where you break the old habits of firefighting and build consistent, predictable performance.

In the second twelve months, we transition from teaching to refining. We are helping you push the tools down through your entire organization so that every employee is aligned with your vision and executing at a high level. We also begin integrating advanced operational workflows and exit preparation if you are looking to position the company for a future transition.

By the end of twenty-four months, your leadership team should be highly capable of running the system on their own. My goal is to work myself out of a job. If we have done our work correctly, you will graduate from the structured engagement with a business that runs smoothly, executes flawlessly, and does not depend on me or any external consultant to maintain its momentum.
