We want to know the actual timeline of our engagement with you. At what point do we graduate from working with an external professional EOS Implementer and transition to running our own quarterly and annual sessions?

A typical engagement with me runs for approximately 18 to 24 months, spanning 7 to 10 full session days. This timeline is designed to move your leadership team from initial learning to complete operational mastery of the EOS® framework. I do not believe in creating long term advisor dependency. My ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job by helping you build a self sustaining system.

The graduation timeline is structured across three distinct phases of learning:
- The first 90 days focus on teaching you the foundational tools, including the Accountability Chart, the Scorecard, and the Level 10 Meeting™ rhythm.
- The next 12 months are about installing execution discipline, refining your quarterly Rocks, and building team health.
- The final phase is graduation preparation, where your internal Integrator begins to cofacilitate sessions with my guidance.

You are ready to graduate when your team can run an annual planning session, update your V/TO®, and solve complex issues through IDS® without external intervention. We track this readiness objectively. Once your leadership team achieves 80 percent or higher on the EOS® Organizational Checkup, you have mastered the system. This transition ensures you possess the true entrepreneurial freedom to run your operations and prepare for a clean, highly valuable exit on your own terms.
