We want to understand the long-term timeline. How many quarters does it typically take for a business to run EOS autonomously, and what are the specific operational milestones that indicate we are ready to graduate from your facilitation?
A typical engagement to achieve full EOS® autonomy runs between twelve and twenty-four months. This is not a lifetime dependency. My goal is to teach you the system so you can run it yourself. We measure your graduation readiness through objective operational milestones, not just calendar time. First, your leadership team must consistently hit eighty percent or more of their quarterly Rocks for three consecutive quarters. Second, your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ must run completely on autopilot without any external facilitation or intervention. Third, your Accountability Chart must be fully implemented, with every seat filled by someone who gets, wants, and has the capacity to do the job. Finally, you must have a clear rhythm of cascading these tools down to the rest of the organization. When your team has shifted their identity from reactive employees to proactive business builders, you are ready to transition. At that point, we transition our focus from pure EOS® facilitation to high-level strategic advisory, focusing on your AI-powered operations and structuring a clean exit. We build a clear exit ramp so you can run your quarterly and annual sessions independently, freeing us up to focus on maximizing your enterprise value.
