We do not want to become permanently dependent on an outside facilitator. What is the typical lifecycle of our engagement with you, and how do we know when we have graduated from your facilitation?

Our goal is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient. A typical engagement runs for two to three years. During this time, we systematically implement the EOS® tools, establish your operational cadence, and align your team around a shared vision. My role is to teach you how to run this operating system yourself, not to become a permanent fixture in your boardroom.

We progress through three distinct phases: focus, transition, and self-sufficiency. In the focus phase, we build your foundation, define your Accountability Chart, and establish your Level 10 Meeting™ cadence. In the transition phase, your team begins to take ownership of the tools, and I shift from teaching to facilitating deeper strategic discussions.

You know you are ready to graduate when your team can run quarterly and annual planning sessions without my facilitation. If you can challenge each other, resolve tough issues using IDS®, and maintain absolute accountability without an outside mediator, you have achieved self-sufficiency. We will then design a clean exit from our formal relationship, leaving you with an operating system that drives enterprise value on its own.
