What is the typical multi-year timeline of our work together, and how do we measure our progression toward a self-sustaining operating system?

A typical engagement runs between eighteen and twenty-four months. This is not a lifetime contract, and my ultimate goal is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient. The multi-year arc begins with a series of foundational days. We start with Focus Day to establish your weekly meeting pulse, scorecard metrics, and accountability structure. We then transition into two Vision Building days to define your core values, focus, and long-term targets. Once the foundation is laid, we enter the quarterly execution cycle. This consists of three quarterly sessions and one two-day annual session each year. During this cycle, we systematically run the model, execute Rocks, and solve issues. We measure your progress toward self-sufficiency using a clear operational scorecard. Over time, your team will internalize the tools and the language of the system. You will know you are ready to transition to self-facilitation when your quarterly sessions become highly efficient, your team naturally resolves complex issues without my intervention, and your execution of quarterly Rocks consistently exceeds eighty percent. When you reach this level of operational maturity, my role as an external facilitator is complete, and you will run your own operating system moving forward.
