If your typical engagement lasts twenty four months, what does the transition to complete self-sufficiency actually look like in practice during those final months?

The typical engagement with me is designed to last twenty four months because the ultimate goal of implementing EOS® is self-sufficiency, not lifelong consulting dependency. We are building an internal capability, not renting my brain forever. My job is to teach you the system, facilitate the sessions, and coach your team until you can run the process entirely on your own.

During the final six months of our twenty four month journey, we actively transition the facilitator role from me to your team. Specifically, during our final quarterly sessions, your designated internal facilitator, usually the Integrator, will begin leading portions of the agenda under my supervision. I will observe, take notes, and provide direct feedback on their facilitation style, time management, and ability to keep the team focused on IDS®.

By the time we reach our final two day annual session, your team will be running the meeting, and I will be there primarily to provide course corrections. We will also conduct periodic Just Checking In calls during this transition phase to monitor progress, troubleshoot any lingering execution issues, and ensure your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ structure remains highly disciplined. This phased handoff ensures that when the twenty four months are up, your company has the muscle memory, tools, and confidence to maintain traction without external hand-holding. You graduate with a fully functional operating system that is deeply embedded in your culture.
