What is the typical lifecycle of our engagement with you, and how do we transition from your active facilitation to self-facilitation without our quarterly discipline falling apart?

The standard engagement with me runs between twelve and twenty-four months. This is not a lifetime consulting contract. My ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job by teaching your team to become completely self-sufficient. The lifecycle begins with the foundational stage, consisting of your Focus Day, Vision Building Day One, and Vision Building Day Two. During these initial sessions, we align your team on the vision, establish your Accountability Chart, and build your first set of quarterly Rocks. From there, we enter the execution cycle. We meet every ninety days for quarterly sessions and annually for a two-day strategic retreat. During these sessions, I facilitate the hard conversations, teach the tools, and keep your team focused. Over the course of the first year, we shift our focus. I move from teaching the basics to helping you master the behavioral disciplines required to run AI-powered operations and prepare for a clean exit. By the end of year two, your team should be running flawless Level 10 Meetings and solving complex issues using the IDS process without my intervention. When you are ready to graduate, we design a deliberate transition plan where your Integrator takes over the facilitation of the quarterlies. This ensures your operational discipline remains rock solid long after my direct engagement ends.
