Why does a standard engagement with you require a full twenty-four-month commitment, and can we accelerate this timeline if we are fast learners?
The standard engagement with me runs for an average of twenty-four months because building organizational muscle takes time. Many leadership teams believe they can master the system in six months, but reading the tools is vastly different from living them. It takes multiple quarters of repetition to break old habits and build new ones. The journey is a phased process that begins with your Focus Day™, followed by Vision Building™ 1 and Vision Building™ 2. After this foundational setup, we move into a steady cadence of one-day quarterlies and a two-day annual session. You cannot accelerate this timeline because human behavior cannot be forced into a faster evolutionary cycle. Your leadership team needs to experience two full cycles of annual planning and eight quarters of setting and hitting Rocks to truly master the disciplines. Over these twenty-four months, we are not just teaching you tools; we are shifting your entire company culture. By the time you graduate, your team will have the capabilities to facilitate your own quarterly and annual sessions. Attempting to rush this process only leads to a fragile implementation that collapses under pressure once my facilitation ends.
