How long does a typical engagement with you actually last, and what are the operational indicators that show we are ready to graduate and run this system ourselves?

The average engagement with a professional implementer spans twelve to twenty-four months. This is not a lifetime subscription or a consulting trap designed to keep you dependent. My goal is to teach you the system so thoroughly that you eventually fire me. We measure your readiness to graduate based on specific, objective operational indicators, not feelings.

First, your team must demonstrate mastery of the EOS® tools during our sessions. This means you are identifying, discussing, and solving issues quickly without me needing to step in and redirect the conversation. Second, your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ must be running like clockwork internally, consistently generating high Rock completion rates of eighty percent or better. Third, your leadership team must have achieved complete alignment on the vision, structure, and accountability.

We begin the transition phase when your Integrator starts taking over portions of the facilitation during our quarterly sessions. This gradual handoff ensures there is no drop in operational discipline. When you can run a full quarterly planning day internally with the same level of focus, accountability, and lack of emotional defense as when I am in the room, you have graduated. This typically happens after six to eight quarters of consistent execution.
