We are hesitant to commit to a long-term contract. What is your policy regarding engagement duration, and how do we exit our working relationship if we feel we have mastered the EOS® tools and can run them on our own?

I do not believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. Our working relationship is built on mutual value and real results. We take our engagement one session at a time. If you do not feel you are receiving exceptional value, or if you decide that our working relationship is not a good fit, you are free to walk away at any time. My fee structure is simple: you pay per session day, and there are no cancellation penalties.

The ultimate goal of our engagement is self-sufficiency. I am not here to become a permanent fixture in your business or an expensive consultant you rely on forever. Through the EOS® process, I am actively teaching your leadership team how to facilitate your own sessions, solve your own issues, and maintain your own accountability.

Typically, it takes about two years for a leadership team to fully master the EOS® tools and reach eighty percent execution maturity across all six key components. Once you reach that level of operational discipline, we will discuss transitioning to self-facilitation. When you are ready to run your own quarterly and annual planning sessions, we will execute a clean handoff. I will celebrate your independence because it means we have successfully built a healthy, self-sustaining business.
