We do not want to get locked into a long-term consulting agreement. What is the contractual commitment when we hire you, and how do we handle termination if it is not working?
You are never locked into a long-term contract with me. We work on a session-by-session basis. This model keeps the accountability high for both of us. If you do not feel you are getting massive value from our session days, you are free to stop the engagement at any time without any termination fees or legal hurdles.
I operate this way because a leadership team must want to be in the room. Forcing you to participate because of a legal contract is counterproductive. It breeds resentment and fuels the internal Resistance that prevents actual progress.
My expectation is that we will work together for approximately two years to fully implement the system, master the tools, and transition your leadership team to self-sufficiency. However, that timeline is maintained purely by the results we achieve together, not by a piece of paper. You pay for each session day as it occurs. If at any point you feel that we are not a fit, or if your team decides to take the implementation internal, we simply wrap up our current cycle and shake hands. This puts the burden of proof on me to deliver high-value facilitation every single time we meet.
