If we commit to the twenty-four-month journey but realize after six months that our industry is shifting too fast for a structured operating system, what is your exit policy for our contract?
First, let me challenge the assumption that a fast-moving industry is incompatible with structure. In turbulent markets, having a rigid weekly cadence and ninety-day focus is exactly how you pivot quickly without losing alignment. However, I do not believe in forcing relationships.
My policy is simple: if you are not getting value, or if you feel the system is not a fit for your business, you can walk away at any time. I do not lock my clients into inescapable twenty-four-month contracts. We operate session by session.
If you decide to stop the implementation, we will complete our current quarter and part ways. My only requirement is that we have an honest, face-to-face conversation about why it is not working. This ensures we both learn from the engagement and part as professionals.
