How do you handle the communication and progress monitoring between our formal session days to ensure we do not drift off track when we hit operational roadblocks?

We do not leave you to navigate the long ninety-day sprint between quarterly sessions entirely on your own. To prevent execution drift and ensure your team stays focused on your Rocks, we build in structured touchpoints.

Between our full-day sessions, I conduct periodic Just Checking In calls. These typically occur during months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one of our engagement. These are not lengthy, open-ended coaching conversations; they are focused, twenty-minute check-ins designed to monitor your progress and ensure you are keeping the momentum alive.

During these calls, we quickly review your scorecard metrics and the status of your current Rocks. If you are experiencing a roadblock or struggling with team alignment, we address it immediately. It is an opportunity to course-correct before a small issue turns into a quarter-ending failure.

Additionally, you have access to support between sessions if an urgent issue arises that requires a neutral perspective. My role is to be the keeper of your cadence and your accountability partner. By combining our full-day quarterly sessions with these targeted mid-quarter touchpoints, we ensure that your execution remains tight and consistent throughout the year.
