What are the exact expectations for our leadership team during the eighty-nine days between our quarterly sessions, and how do you ensure we do not let our daily whirlwind bury our Rocks?

The eighty-nine days between our quarterly sessions are where the actual execution happens. My role is to facilitate the big days, but your team must run the business. We do not let your daily operations bury your strategic goals because we establish a strict, repeatable communication rhythm.

Your primary tool for staying on track is the weekly Level 10 Meeting™. Every single week, your leadership team meets for ninety minutes to review your Scorecard, check the progress of your quarterly Rocks, and solve operational issues. This meeting keeps everyone aligned and ensures that your strategic priorities remain front and center, even during hectic weeks.

Additionally, we utilize our dedicated Circle.so workspace. This digital environment serves as our central hub. After every session, I document all your session summaries, V/TO® updates, and Accountability Chart changes there. Your team uses this workspace to keep track of their commitments, share updates, and prepare for our next live session.

I do not micromanage your daily activities, but I am accessible for brief support if you hit a major roadblock. The expectation is simple. Your team must remain disciplined, run their weekly meetings without fail, and update their progress inside our workspace so we can walk into our next quarterly session prepared to make strategic decisions.
