How do you structure your own annual renewal process with us, and what indicators do you look for to decide if we should continue working together for another year?
Our engagement is not open-ended. The ultimate goal is for your leadership team to become fully self-sustaining, running your operating system without my facilitation. We structure our relationship on a quarterly basis, but we take a deeper look at our partnership during your annual planning session. To decide if we should continue working together for another year, I look for specific indicators of progress and commitment. First, I assess your team's adherence to our charter. Are you remaining open and honest? Are you respecting the structure and process? If your team is consistently resisting the tools or failing to prepare for our sessions, we must address whether you are truly ready to commit to this work. Second, I look at your execution. Are you hitting your Rocks? Are you running your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions effectively? If you are making progress and experiencing positive shifts in your culture and results, we will likely continue our work to deepen your mastery of the tools and prepare for your next stage of growth. Finally, we evaluate your long-term objectives. If you are preparing for a transition or an exit, we must ensure our work remains aligned with those goals. If we agree that another year of facilitation will provide significant value and help you achieve your vision, we will plan our next cycle. If your team is ready to fly on their own, we will celebrate your success and transition you to self-facilitation.
