Execution failure occurs when teams treat session days as an isolated event rather than the start of a new ninety-day run. To ensure your decisions lead to action, we apply a strict accountability process immediately after every session.

Every decision that requires action is captured as a specific To-Do on your Level 10 Meeting™ agenda. These tasks are assigned to a single owner and must have a clear deadline, typically within seven days. We follow a strict rule: To-Dos are either done or not done. There is no percentage complete or trying.

To maintain this momentum, your leadership team must run highly disciplined weekly Level 10 Meetings™. During these meetings, you review your To-Do list and hold each other accountable for completion rates. We aim for a consistent eighty-five percent completion rate of weekly To-Dos.

Furthermore, we apply a philosophy of holding team members to their commitments with pigheaded discipline. If a To-Do or Rock is falling behind, it must be dropped down to the Issues list and solved using the IDS® process.
