What is the actual timeline and session cadence of our engagement with you, and how do we transition from structured session days to running the business on our own?

Our engagement is structured as a clear, phased twenty-four-month journey designed to take your leadership team from initial alignment to complete self-sufficiency. We begin with a series of foundational sessions: a one-day Focus Day to establish your leadership tools, followed by two separate Vision Building days to define your direction. Once those foundations are secure, we transition into a highly predictable, ongoing cadence of one-day quarterly sessions and a two-day annual session.

This phased timeline ensures we do not overwhelm your leadership team. In the first year, we focus heavily on mastering the core EOS® tools: establishing a clean Accountability Chart, setting quarterly Rocks, tracking a weekly Scorecard, and running effective Level 10 Meeting™ sessions. By the second year, the focus shifts to refinement, deeper issue resolution, and preparing the business for long-term scalability or a clean exit.

Our ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job. An average engagement runs for twenty-four months because that is the time required to build true organizational muscle memory. By the end of this period, your team will have run through multiple quarterly and annual cycles with me facilitating. You will have developed the internal discipline, trust, and structural clarity required to run these meetings and execute your strategy on your own, without needing external facilitation to keep you on track.
