We want to know the exact multi year progression of working with you. What is the standard timeline for an engagement, and how do our priorities evolve as we move through each phase of the journey?
The standard engagement is designed to run for an average of twenty four months to fully install the system and build permanent operational muscle. The journey begins with three foundational days spaced thirty days apart. These are Focus Day, Vision Building Day One, and Vision Building Day Two. During these initial ninety days, we establish your Accountability Chart, define your Core Values, build your weekly Scorecard, and set your first quarterly Rocks.
Once the foundation is solid, we transition into a repeating quarterly cycle. This cycle consists of one day quarterly sessions and a two day annual session. In the first twelve months, the primary focus is on internal execution, breaking organizational habits, and getting the right people in the right seats. We focus heavily on clean communication and mastering the Level 10 Meeting™ structure.
In the second year, the focus expands. We transition from basic operational control to strategic scaling and long term value creation. This is when we integrate the Step by Step Exit framework and begin actively reducing owner dependency. By the end of twenty four months, your leadership team will have run eight consecutive quarters of high level execution, making the tools second nature. The ultimate goal is to graduate your team so you can facilitate your own quarterly and annual sessions moving forward.
