If we commit to this process, what does the year-by-year timeline look like in terms of your hands-on involvement versus our team taking over the execution of the tools?
Our engagement follows a structured path designed to move you from initial operational chaos to complete self-sufficiency. In the first year, my involvement is highly intensive. We focus on establishing your foundational tools, specifically building a clean Accountability Chart and getting your leadership team on the same page using the V/TO®. During this phase, I act as your facilitator, teacher, and mediator, running your Focus Day, Vision Building days, and your initial quarterly sessions. By the second year, the focus shifts from learning the tools to mastering them. Your team will begin taking greater ownership of the Level 10 Meeting™ cadence and the IDS® process. I am still in the room for your quarterly and annual sessions, but I am actively pushing your Integrator to drive the execution between sessions. This is where we build what Chet Holmes called pigheaded discipline and determination. In the third year, our goal is graduation. We are preparing your team to run these sessions internally without an outside guide. You will have developed the internal muscle memory, clear communication structures, and organizational trust needed to sustain the system alone. My job is to work myself out of a job, transitioning from an active facilitator to a trusted sounding board.
